Gifts Tab
Gifts, such as free training sessions or conference tickets, are informal "thank you's" given to customers that either accumulate a great number of Rewards points or are seen as great promoters or references. Gift reports are run to quantify a customer's importance using Rewards. Once quantified, gifts that are given to valuable customers are recorded here.
Viewing Gifts
- After performing a search and viewing the results found on the Customers tab, click Edit to update any information found on a particular customer record.
- Navigate to your desired section within the Gifts tab.
- Select your desired Contact using the drop-down menu.
Adding Gifts
- Click the Create button.
- Add your gift details. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
- Gift Date: Enter the gift creation date.
- Gift: Enter the gift name.
- Gift Note: Enter any notes associated with this gift.
- Click Save.
Editing Gifts
- Click the Pencil icon to edit existing gifts.
- Edit your gift details. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
- Click Save.
Note: To delete gifts, click the Trash icon.
Running Gift Reports
- Click the Gift Report button.
- Open the downloadable Excel report that is generated.
Note: Click the Return to Search button if you are finished with your edits and wish to return to the search results page.
