Gifts Tab

Gifts, such as free training sessions or conference tickets, are informal "thank you's" given to customers that either accumulate a great number of Rewards points or are seen as great promoters or references. Gift reports are run to quantify a customer's importance using Rewards. Once quantified, gifts that are given to valuable customers are recorded here.

Viewing Gifts

  1. After performing a search and viewing the results found on the Customers tab, click Edit to update any information found on a particular customer record.
  2. Navigate to your desired section within the Gifts tab.
  3. Select your desired Contact using the drop-down menu.

Adding Gifts

  1. Click the Create button.
  2. Add Gift dialog

  3. Add your gift details. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
    • Gift Date: Enter the gift creation date.
    • Gift: Enter the gift name.
    • Gift Note: Enter any notes associated with this gift.
  4. Click Save.

Editing Gifts

  1. Click the Pencil icon to edit existing gifts.
  2. Edit Gift dialog

  3. Edit your gift details. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Note: To delete gifts, click the Trash icon.

Running Gift Reports

  1. Click the Gift Report button.
  2. Open the downloadable Excel report that is generated.

Note: Click the Return to Search button if you are finished with your edits and wish to return to the search results page.
